Unfortunately, no. No pure hybrids have any US federal income tax credits for the last few years. To get those, you have to buy a full electric car or a plug in hybrid. The VW Touareg hybrid doesn't qualify for tax credits or income tax deductions because it's not a plug in hybrid. The Porsche Cayenne hybrid has no tax credits or deductions because it uses the same drivetrain. Although the Porsche Panamera hybrid is a different car, it doesn't have any tax deductions or income tax credits. Sorry! As of this posting, only plug-in hybrids and full electric cars like the Chevy Volt and Nissan Leaf, respectively, have any tax credits.
